The admin guy said it's because your from outside the united states and Canada. Anyone located outside has limited privilege's. That doesn't apply to those individuals who have manually went into their profile and activated what countries can contact them, which is exactly what I did when I read the post the admin guy wrote.

Well, I just now looked at it while writing this, and it appears that I tried to tell you before.

I'm like you being that im from the UK... We just have to beg and plead with those that are interested to make our respective countries off block or we get zippo.

Maybe they ought to have a seperate part of the forum for outside the USA/Canada ppl where we can announce who we want to talk to, so that they change their filters...
